I. Overview:
Test nails meet the requirements of IEC 60335.1 & GB4706.1 standards. They are mainly used for solid insulation accessible parts to prevent sharp tools puncture test. They are also used for non-removable parts that prevent contact with live parts, waterproof or prevent contact with moving parts. Secured in a reliable manner and should withstand the mechanical stress that occurs with the buckle in normal use.
2. How to use
1. For the surface pressure of 10N in the scratch test, the material scratching the surface cannot be separated.
2.1 Insert a test finger into any gap or connection, and apply a 10N side pull vertically, but do not twist or pry, and the relevant parts cannot fall off or be damaged.
2.2 Insert a test finger into any gap or connection, and apply a 10N side pull in the direction of component disassembly, but do not twist or pry, and the relevant components cannot fall off or be damaged.
