This machine is used to test the thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening temperature of polymer materials such as plastics, rubber, nylon, cable materials, etc. It can meet the requirements of ISO306 ISO75 GB1633, GB1634, and ASTM1525 ASTM D648 standards.
Device function:
The equipment is controlled by computer program, and PID adjusts the temperature constantly, with high precision (graphical display of uniform heating curve).
The computer will display the deformation temperature curve and the test status from time to time (three-way deformations are displayed separately or combined to increase the contrast). The whole test process is fully automated---temperature control, deformation acquisition, process control, test data recording and storage, graphic data and sampling data are automatically sent to Excel files for unified reporting (reports combined with Office software, file storage and calling are more flexible). The whole machine has high quality, high reliability and easy operation.
