Power frequency spark machine
Scope of application:
This series of wire and cable spark testing machine is a necessary testing equipment for testing the quality of insulating layer with high voltage in the production process of wire and cable. The spark testing machine is manufactured according to the following two standards:
1. It meets the requirements of GB3048 "Wire and Cable Insulated Core Core Power Frequency Spark Test Method". Sensitivity <600μA
2. Meet the requirements of UL1581-1990
Features:
The power frequency spark machine adopts epoxy casting high-voltage transformer, which has good moisture-proof performance and strong anti-interference ability. It is equipped with a self-check button, which can check whether the work is normal (breakdown, counting, sound and light alarm) at any time to ensure the accuracy of the test.

2. Output high voltage: AC0～15KV;
3. Maximum line speed: 400m/min;
4. Electrode length: 600mm;
5. The bead chain is made of brass electroplating material
6. Bead chain diameter specification: UL is 5.0mm, GB is 2.5 or 4.0mm;
7. The maximum diameter of the sample is: Φ25mm (when ordering, it can be changed as required);
8. Sensitivity: ≤600uA;
9. It has an alarm manual test device, which can check whether the instrument can alarm normally;
10. Accumulated counter: 0-9999;
11. There are sound and light alarms, and the alarm has the option of stopping and non-stopping;
12. There is an external output port, which can be connected with machines such as tractors to realize the function of alarm and shutdown.
